Make your own Epilogue (Some Spoilers)

I wrote some thoughts in the discussion of the epilogue thread on what happen to some of the major players in the story
Here is a an opportunity to write your own epilogue to the cannon. Choose a characters or two and speculate on what happens to them. Make it fun or serious. Thats up to you.
I'll go first.
Harry returns to Grimauld Place after the battle with Kreacher. Harry gives Kreacher his freedom (after first getting Kreacher's permission) Kreacher choses to stay and work for Harry and is given Regulas's bedroom.
Ginny and harry eventually get married and Giiny comes to live in Grimauld Place. With Kreacher's help she redecorates the house. Kreacher becomes the caretaker of the three kids and Albus Severus is Kreacher's favorite.
Ginny goes to work with George at Weasley Wizard Wheezes and helps him develop new products.
Harry stays out of the limelight and raises the kids. However he uses his inherited wealth to buy the Daily Prophet. He makes Hermione the Editor in Chief and commits the paper to truth. Hermione fires Rita Skeeter and hires Luna as the entertainment reporter.
Harry occassionally visits hogwarts to help students prepare for their OWLS in DADA.
There are also unsubstantiated rumors that he will be writing a 7 volume autobiography of his life.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione take some more courses at Hogwarts during the following year, where each one receives their N.E.W.T.S.
Harry and Ron both begin training as aurors and that continues for two years.
Hermione forms her own newspaper, with all of the proceeds going toward SPEW.
Ginny claims a job as the Senior Undersecretary to the Minister (Kingsley Shacklebolt) after Umbridge is found to have death eater tendencies and sentenced to life in Azkaban with a murderous centaur as her roommate.
Harry and Ginny marry when they are the age of 20 and 19, respectively, off the island of Fiji (Ginny talked her mom into letting her). Ron and Hermione serve as their best man and matron of honor.
Ron and Hermione marry when they are the age of twenty in the Weasley's garden, with Ginny and Harry as their matron of honor and best man, respectively.
Harry and Ginny sell Grimmauld place and find a lovely little cottage in Godric's Hollow, right next to the new Weasley family (Ron and Hermione) and Harry's house as a baby.
Luna goes off on a crumple-horned snorkack expedition, where she does not find any, but does find remaspent, a colorful butterfly like creature, whose wings are said to hold a very valuable cure for splattergroit. After coming back to her home, Luna marries Neville Longbottom and becomes an assistant editor on her father's newspaper, The Quibbler.

I'm a proud Harry and Luna shipper. Why did the whole Harry and Ginny thing happen?

Neville becomes head of Gryffindor house and marries Romilda Vane. They name their first child Harry Longbottom.
George Weasley married Hannah Abbott. They named their first child Vincent after a famous muggle artist.
Ernie MacMillan marries Cho Chang and she makes an excellent politican's wife. Ernie wants to be minister of Magic and begins at the ministry in Magical law enforcement. His canidacy is helped out by some old friends from Hogwarts

Greyback escapes custody and goes on a mission to attack Harry's children. Unfortunately for him he is killed by a muggle hunter while walking through a forest. The muggle hunter thought he was a wolf as he was walking on all fours.
Seamus and Dean marry the Patil sisters.

As we know Harry does marry Ginny. However, he will have two serious relationships in addition to being married to Ginny. One will be Cho again. She will feel deep regret for her shortcomings before and will stalk and eventually seduce Harry. For Cho Harry will always be the one that got away but she'll take whatever time Harry has for her. For Harry he figured he's had a hard life and he's entitled to a bit of extra fun. Ginny does find out about this relationship and confronts her. They have a big knock down drag out fight right in the middle of a birthday party for Headmistress McGonnagal (excuse my spelling). Harry has to put a spell on both of them to stop the fight. Rita Sketter has a field day with this bit of gossip. Harry is made out to be the Don Juan of Wizards. Ginny nearly splits but Harry begs and even offers to let her put a spell that would keep him faithful. They marry soon afterwards.
It's a good thing she past up idea of putting a spell. The other relationship will be Luna. This one is really more profound. In many ways he'll find her even more of a source of comfort then Ginny. If it was not for Ginny Harry would persue Luna.
Luna does marry Dean after a long courtship but Harry will always be the true love in her heart.

LOL great stuff!
You know, come to think of it, maybe Ginny has the fling. Her name is Ginerva, the English equivalent for Guenavere (sp?). If Harry is Arthur, the Ginny must have her Lancealot. Viktor Krum?

Ginny having a fling sounds possible. I don't know if Victor Krum would be her type. His personality is too stiff. She was very active on dating scene and if she found out Harry was fooling around I'm sure she'd get back at him.
One thing we should keep in mind is that they are still teenagers, no older then 17 for 18. They probably would not marry till at leas early 20's. This goes for the others as well. It would not be a big of a deal if they dated others before settling on each other.
Also, after thinking about it a while I now think it's more likely that Luna will marry Neville Longbottom. I still think Harry will be the true love in her heart.

After the battle, Minister Shakelbolt asks Harry to head up the new Auror department. Harry takes Ron's as his second, and together revealitionize the department. Hermoine, meanwhile joins the Ministry as an unspeakable, and rises to the head of the department. George continues on with Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, and it becomes the biggest joke shop in all of the wizarding world. They now have branches in all of Europe, and just opened their first shop in Salem, MA. Ginny goes onto become a Healer; as she and Harry have rebuilt the old Potter house, which they share with their three children. Neville has gone on to marry Padma Patil, and they have two children; Harry James Longbottom (it seems the name Harry has become the most popular name in the wizarding world), and Lavender Longbottom. Luna and Dean Thomas are married, and together they run the Quibbler, which has supplented the Daily Prophet as the number one paper. Ernie McMillian has risen through the ranks to achieve the rank of Minister of Magic. His close work with the Auror department has led many to believe that he is one of the best Ministers ever.
However there is rumour coming from a dark corner of the world, about the rise of another Dark Lord; he goes by the name Lord Sablainez......

Who does Harry eventually give the Invisibility cloak to? Does he give his kids the Marauder's map? If so. which one?
Based on the limited view of James, Albus and Lily, I'm guessing that James does get either the map or cloak. I think he is a dangerous mix of Harry's father with a bit of Fred and Ron thrown in. A scary combination. I doubt Harry will want to encourage his mischief making by giving him either one. No, I suspect the Albus gets the cloak. I think Harry will want to protect this sensitive son of his and the cloak would help protect him. I think Lily, who is clearly Ginny's daughter will get the map. I suspect she received her Dad's adventuresone spirit combined with her mom fierce determination. I think will want to encourage that spirit with the map.
So what does James get? I'd give him Hagrid Moleskin bag. James could probably use a good hiding place for stuff and harry will not want to leave him without a signifcant object to inherit.

Harry and Ginny marry in Bill and Fleur's backyard and Hermione and Ron marry in France.
Shell Cottage is sold to Harry and Ginny, while the house in Godric's Hollow is sold to Hermione and Ron.
Hermione becomes the first witch teller at Gringotts, Ron becomes the Minister of Magic. Harry follows his dream to be an Auror and Ginny becomes Transfigurations Teacher at Hogwarts.
The two families get together once a week. The kids come home from Hogwarts at all breaks.
Hermione's daughter [Rose] becomes prefect and Head Girl and the son [Hugo] follows in Ron's footsteps to be a troublemaker, and having fun on the way. Albus, James, and Lily are good students, with the exception of James, who sticks with Ron's son. Albus and Lily are Gryffindor prefects and both get 15 N.E.W.T.S. Albus becomes Head Boy with Rose.
and I'll leave the other story of Albus, James, Lily, Rose and the troublemaker to others braver than I.
